Scrambled Eggs Recipe

scrambled eggsScrambled eggs are a tasty treat and do not take that long to make. The more you cook scrambled eggs, the better you will become at perfecting the skill. I personally enjoy my eggs a little wet, with some cheese added to the yokes before they are cooked. There are many ingredients you can add to your eggs before and after, depending on how you like it. Also, once your eggs are cooked, there are numerous ways to eat them such as plain, in a sandwich, on top of a waffle, etc...

How to Cook Scrambled Eggs

  1. Grab 3 to 4 eggs from the fridge. Crack each egg on the edge of a bowl and let the yoke fall into the bowl. Throw the egg shell in the trash. Make sure no shell parts are in the bowl with the yoke. We do not want crunchy scrambled eggs.
  2. With the egg yolks in the bowl, grab a wisk or spoon and stir the yolks for a minute or two. You will want the mix to be a consistent yellow color.
  3. Grab a saucepan, and spray the inside with some cooking spray like Pam. Set the stove to medium heat and place the mixed yolks into the pan.
  4. Once the saucepan is warm, you will want to constantly stir the yokes with a spatula so they do not stick to the pan.
  5. The eggs will begin to clump up. Keep mixing with the spatula until the eggs have reached the desired  look and feel that you want.
  6. Place the ggs on a plate and they are ready to eat. Best to eat right away while they are warm.

Additions to Your Scrambled Eggs

Some great things to add to eggs after they have been cooked are salt and pepper. Also, you can place some shredded cheese on the top and it will slowly melt on top of your eggs. If you are feeling adventurous, you can use some hot sauce or ketchup on your eggs for some extra flavor.
